Spotted: Alpaca at Bunnings Warehouse in Perth

alpaca

Bunnings Warehouse is a DIY and hardware store that is popular for animal sightings – dogs, possums, and more. Bunnings welcomes your four-legged friends as long as they are kept on a leash, are wearing a muzzle, or are carried.

Recently, an alpaca was photographed with its owner. The photo was posted to a Facebook group. However, this isn’t the first time that alpacas have been to Bunnings. Mamoes Country Cottage, a West Australian cottage farm, hosts events at the store, and people get to take pictures of their various animals.

In 2015, there was an incident where a 5-year-old girl was bitten by a Jack Russell Terrier on the leg inside the store. Bunnings paid for the girl’s medical bills. However, their policy permitting dogs inside remained.
