Question: How should a service animal behave in public spaces, restaurants, and commercial buildings?

Answer: The animal must obey basic commands and be in your control at all times while in public spaces. It must remain under the table or be lying down on a seat while in restaurants or in commercial buildings. A miniature horse would be kept wherever space allows.
