San Antonio Animal Shelter Group Has Shut Its Doors to the Public and Needs Help

shelter shuts doors

The Animal Defense League of Texas in San Antonio (ADL) has now suspended its visitation operations to the public but volunteers still come daily to take care of the rescue animals.

However, the ADL still continues adoption operations and finding foster homes for shelter animals but only by appointment. To those who are in self-quarantine and distancing themselves socially in their homes, now is the perfect time to add a new furry friend to the household while waiting for the pandemic to be over. To donate to the shelter or inquire for adoptions and fostering, please visit adltexas.org or sahumane.org.
