How Does Your Pet’s Love for You Benefit Your Health?

In addition to that, your pet’s unconditional love and your interaction stimulates the production of oxytocin – a hormone that enhances bonding and social interaction. Sometimes called the “love hormone,” high oxytocin release in your brain makes you more empathetic to other people and animals while being relieved of stress and anxiety.
