The 32-year old brother to the Duchess of Cambridge, after fighting a deep depression himself, with the help of his five dogs, becomes the ambassador of Pets as Therapy.

The charitable organization promotes medical therapies with animals and will soon present a TV documentary titled “The Super Dogs” with James as its host. He will explain how four-legged animals can influence a person’s mood fighting and to recover from depression.

“They give me the courage to speak freely and without fear of judgment especially when I speak of my experience with depression. Each 40 seconds someone takes their own life because of depression. That’s why I talk about it openly, “ said James.
