Meet Emma Holmes, a four-year-old girl with a soft spot for animals. Emma makes beaded bracelets. She told her mom that she should sell them so that she could buy toys for all the shelter animals at the Sturgis Animal Shelter.

Emma got her passion for animals from her experience with Captain America, a dog which she got from the Sturgis Animal Shelter. Captain America was a fierce protector of Emma. But unfortunately, she couldn’t keep him because of the new apartment complex where they moved in which didn’t allow pets. Now, Captain Americal stays with Emma’s grandma.

Emma sells each bracelet for only $2. If you would like to buy her bracelets, visit Facebook and look for Rapid City Area Online Garage Sale or Rapid City Baby and Kids Sales and type in bracelets. Emma and her mom will be selling until December 18. They will donate the money to the shelter on Christmas.
