Question: Can airlines deny a service animal carriage if a passenger has allergies?
Answer: No. The inconvenience of other passengers such as allergies is not sufficient grounds to deny a service animal carriage in the cabin. However, airlines are not required to ask other passengers to relinquish space that they would normally use in order to accommodate a service animal.
