Tony La Russa’s Animal Rescue Foundation is a non-profit organization based in California. They launched a program in 2011 that pairs veterans and dogs. Rescued dogs will be trained to become service dogs. Now, these service dogs would help veterans suffering from PTSD, severe depression, anxiety, and more.

The foundation had just announced that 19 dogs graduated from their Pets and Vets program. According to ARF, this number is way higher than last year. Learn more about ARF here.
