Question: Can a business question the need for multiple assistance animals?

Answer: It is not a black and white issue and there is room for a landlord, employer, airline, or business owner to question the need for multiple Assistance Animals. An owner might be entitled to multiple animals, but would have to have a reasonable justification for needing each animal.
